Notice: SAM Public Website Decommission in mid-February 2026

As part of ongoing system and compliance requirements, this site will be decommissioned in mid-February 2026.

Users with a valid PIV-I card can access the TAS-BETC data through connect.gov. Data on connect.gov matches the zip file format of the SAM Public Website files and will remain available after the site's decommission. Fiscal Service will be hosting a Governmentwide Accounting Experience in mid-January to cover these changes. Please email CAB.CARD.FA@fiscal.treasury.gov to be added to the distribution list. Please note that you must register for the event to be added to the meeting invitation.

After February 2026, TAS-BETC REST APIs will be available in Mulesoft Exchange for SAM partner use. More information on how to access the APIs can be found here: Accessing SAM Reference Data APIs in MuleSoft

Additionally, a CARS Agency Standard Report (ASR) is in development. This report, which will provide a listing of valid TAS-BETC data in CSV format, is expected to go-live in Q1 2026.
